During hols:

1) meet Ms Goh & Welfare head- done
2) meet Ms Goh & Hearts head- still trying to find a date after 3wks
3) meet Ms Goh & Vincent- done
4) meet blk coms- done
*update new sem- done
*ask for updates , fixed a dateline- only 2 blks handed in to date
5) plan & conduct netball trg- done
6) deal with interpersonal r'ship- done

Sch reopens:

7) mass mail residents regarding CNY eve dinner- done
*ask them to flood my mailbox with their details- done
*collate their particulars and submit to office- done
*liase with Vincent abt CNY eve dinner- done
8) request my 7 com heads to submit their updates, fix a dateline- done
*only 2 met the dateline, chasing the rest- in the process
*submit my final updates by today- in the process
(I'm glad I had the foresight to set an earlier dateline for com heads. *phew*)
9) Facilitate packing of food for IHG- in the process
* Liase with office to allow more convenient submissin of namelist- done
* Inform all captains abt procedure of dinner packing- done
* Things still get screwed up cuz captains dun submit namelist on time so I need to make multiple calls to multiple pple and even resort to packing the food myself- in the process
10) Plan & conduct netball frenly + trg- in the process
* almost impossible due to instability of the ihg schedule & on-going matches- still trying
11) CNY-IHG celebration formal dinner with VIP, Prof Shih
(supposedly an informal CNY celebration, suddenly got an email to say that it's fixed on 17th feb & Prof Shih is coming. Suddenly tell me it's a joint celebration with IHG. how exciting! funny that I'm the organiser and none of the abv is part of my idea. hm...l phone call & an email & I have to deliver.)

* receiving loads of calls frm office(mary) to confirm the prog- in the process
* planning the prog proposal for discussion with Ms goh- jus finished/done
