I lost my voice for good..
dun like.
makes me breathless jus trying to mk myself heard
n my throat hurts & itches.

recommendations I've gotten:
starfruit drink w salt
lotus drink
herbal drink
lozenges
cough medicine
plenty of plain water

If u happen to lose ur voice too,
maybe u can try the abv remedies.
I haven tried any yet,
only w d exception of lozenges which doesn't prove to be v effective.
-well, it's d thought that counts =)

gotten back a CA test...
sigh.
bad premonitions for CAP this sem.

feel accussed & unjustified,
knowing me..
