Life Teacher

It's always easy to look down on others, cuz it's survival instinct to percive self as a notch above. Seeing someone's fault is easy but it's the gaining of self-awareness that is more tricky. Yet tonight, I see a reflection of others' short-comings as I look into the mirror.
I am deeply embarrassed. I possess a small heart with limited compassion and short-sighted wisdom.

Indeed I am glad for this revealation, how could I have allowed myself to dwell in such proud ignorance? It is my good fortune to be enlightened early, to be given the chance to correct my doings. I promise to exert greater self-vigilance and most importantly, humanity.

I am convinced everyone has the makings of a great teacher, for tonight I have the blessing of being a student. Thank you Teacher(s).
