For 5 secs in the bathroom jus now,
I felt utterly dejected
and rejected.

Effect of the running water
the dinner
the conversation
the whatevers

And for that pathetic 5 secs,
I'm convicted that at least I'm on the right direction
away from the captivation of others
to my very own self-worth

in hope that I'll never experience another 5sec worth of hurt & disappointment.
